VORTEX GUARDIAN^™
The GUARDIAN ink filter strains and captures particulate matter before it can reach your ink metering systems.  The GUARDIAN comes complete with reducer bushings, gaskets, end plugs, and any other related parts needed for immediate installation on your color printing stations.

The pressure fit filter screen lifts out with the filter lid for less mess.  Simply wipe down the magnet cartridge to remove particles.   Disposable polyester filter screens are also available for hassle-free cleaning

VORTEX DEFENDER^™
Defend your anilox rolls against scoring damage!  The DEFENDER prevents scoring damage by removing metal particles and shavings from your ink system.  The DEFENDER uses rare earth magnets to separate and attract metal particles (including doctor blade shavings, filings, slivers, and residue from worn metal press or ink mixing parts) that are likely to exist in your ink supply.

VORTEX SENTINEL^™
The SENTINEL is designed to be installed on your ink return line off of your flexo or gravure press.  The unit has a mesh screen element inside the housing which catches dried ink particles, paper dust, etc.  Inside the mesh screen is a high-powered magnet which traps doctor blade shavings, metal particles etc. before they return to your ink supply.

The SENTINEL is available in a cast aluminum housing or a polypropylene version which is pictured to the left.  The Vortex SENTINEL features:

Two available housings which stand up to pressroom abuse
Removeable magnet and screen element for easy cleaning
Screen elements available in 20, 40, and 80 mesh

VORTEX TRAYGUARD^™
The TRAYGUARD is specifically designed for narrow-web printers.
The high-powered magnet bar lays inside your ink pan - creating a magnetic field under the roll that grabs and holds metal particles in the ink supply before before they reach the inking and anilox rollers.

The TRAYGUARD features:

Ability to mount to the underside of the ink pan
No messy cleaning needed with color changes
Available in a wide variety of web/tray widths
