Provident-Booth

Interactivity Shows Productivity

Showing what its products can do on a print shop floor is a big part of what Provident will be demonstrating in Booth 939 at Labelexpo Americas 2018 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois, September 25-27.

The interactivity in the booth showcases the Troika AniCAM and the Ovit AniloxMatic Anilox Cleaner, two increasingly popular devices that link directly to everyday productivity in any tag, label or flexible packaging shop using flexo or gravure presses.

    • The Troika AniCAM’s 3D scanning microscope focuses on anilox cell volume. Although anilox cells are tiny, accurately measuring cell volume is a critical part of achieving top quality images on flexo presses. The Troika AniCAM raises the bar in this process, increasing quality control and helping users save time and reduce costs when checking and managing their anilox roll inventories. With some 600 units in place around the world, the Troika AniCAM and its applications are proven products for flexographic print providers. At Provident’s Labelexpo booth you can see first-hand how a Troika AniCAM can transform your print production process and give you a competitive advantage. • To help make sure those carefully measured cell volumes stay accurate and consistent, the Ovit AniloxMatic Anilox Cleaner cleans every type of ink. Its two-phase process begins with heated detergent followed by a high-pressure heated water jet to ensure complete cleaning of individual cells. Once thoroughly cleaned, cylinders and rolls and can be stored for repeated use. Take a closer look before you head to the show at www.providentgrp.com/ovit-aniloxmatic-anilox-cleaner/

Esterlam P-SeriesNot quite as interactive but every bit as compelling are Provident’s new line of laminated doctor blades from Esterlam. The first non-metallic doctor blades to meet Provident’s high standards for durability and ink metering, Esterlam’s blades are manufactured from laminates of biaxially oriented polyesters that have excellent chemical and thermal resistant properties. The blades feature profiles that deliver excellent ink metering, cause less wear on anilox rolls than a steel blade, and have durability approaching that of some steel blades. Print providers with bladed printing, coating, laminating or corrugated applications, along with most label markets, are all advocates for synthetic blades, but also seek the accuracy and durability of steel. If that sounds like your operation, Esterlam’s laminated blades may be the answer.

Provident will also be talking about its range of long-life steel doctor blades and top quality end seals, all designed and built with an eye to providing high performance and an excellent ROI. Provident’s experts will be on hand to discuss all of your ink systems needs and show you how you can get the best results—and profitability—from almost any print system.
